Zodiac Lupescu

Mitähän otsikko kertoo? Hmm.. Tyhjät pahvirasiat päätyvät kotona usein askartelumatskuksi, näin kävi myös suitsukepakkaukselle, jossa oli koristeaiheena kivoja horoskooppimerkkejä. -Ihastuin. Ajattelin, että niistä saisi hienoja tauluja nukkikseen. Kuvat ovat tällaisia:

Kuitenkin jäin miettimään, miksi seinällä olisi yksittäisen horoskooppimerkin taulu, ellei itse edustaisi k.o. merkkiä? Mitä merkkejä minun sitten kannattaa valita? Voih, niin paljon päänvaivaa.. Omistan muutaman horoskooppikirjan, ja olen ruotinut paljon niin omiani kuin kavereideni merkkejä. Aihe on ollut kiinnostava lapsesta asti vaikken rakennakaan ohjelmaani sen mukaan, lupaako viikkolehden horoskooppi minulle hyviä vai huonoja uutisia; Sum liirum laarum :P
Nuo horoskooppitaulut sitten löysivät tiensä Lupescun talon seinille. En valinnut "hienoimpia" tai "suosikki" -tauluja, mietin vain jo aikaisemmin kirjoittamiani henkilökuvia. Sitten palaset vaan loksahtivat kohdilleen. Aionkin tässä nyt tulevina päivinä ruotia nukkekotini eläinrataa (joo, Pertti ei ole horoskoopiltaan Ihmissusi..).

Still, I started to think why there would be a picture of the horoscope-sign on the wall unless you're not that same sign yourself? What signs should I choose then? Damn, so much trouble.. I have a couple of horoscope-books and I have some experience on construing different signs. Subject has interested me ever since I was a child, even though I don't make my daily plans based on the everyday horoscope on the morning newspaper; Bah, humbug :P
Those horoscope pictures did end up in my dollhouse. I didn't choose the "most beautiful" or "favourite" pictures, but instead started to think about the profiles I wrote earlier. Then all of a sudden, I could see it all clear. So, in the future days I'm going to think through my dollhouse zodiac signs once and for all (and yes, Pertti's horoscope sign is not a Werewolf..).

Aikaisemmista postauksistani voi bongailla niitä horoskooppitauluja, ainakin "Elämää Talossa" -osiossa. Ehkä lienee vähän kummallista jos jokaisella asukkaalla on oma horoskooppitaulu esillä, mutta se lienee hyväksyttävää jos on hippi talossa ;D

From my earlier posts you might have spotted some of those horoscope pictures, at least from the "Elämää Talossa" -section. It might seem a bit weird if every family member has their own horoscope-sign hanging on the wall, but I guess that's okay when there's a hippie in the house ;D
The horoscope signs in the photograph are actually a pick-set (plastic) that my boyfriend once gave me as a present. The center-piece is a piece of jewelry, from the flea-market. Cloth beneath all that is from the Aurinko-shop.
